MAIMERI CRACKLE DECOUPAGE VARNISH 125 ML.

The universal crackle varnish of “Maimeri” is designed to create a decorative, antique look on various household items and souvenirs. It can be used on surfaces such as wood, stone, cardboard, ceramics, clay and others.

Krakle medium is water-based, colorless and is applied between two layers of acrylic paints with contrasting colors. The sticky surface of the varnish cracks the top layer of paint, and the originally applied color is visible through the cracks. It is important to know that before applying each of the layers of paint-crackle-paint, you must wait for the previous one to completely dry. Crackle varnish of “Maimeri” dries in about 30 minutes. In case the cracking aims to obtain straight and horizontal cracks, the crackle and paint should be applied in the same direction, and if scattered and mesh cracks are intended, crackle varnish and acrylic should be applied in opposite directions. After the complete decoration of the work, it must be varnished to prevent contamination between the cracks.

The universal crackle medium for ducoupage of “Maimeri” is available in a glass jar with a capacity of 125 ml.
