A set of colored crayons from the Neocolor I series by Caran d’Ache – a company that is a leader in the production of high-quality art materials, with the help of which drawings acquire incredible depth and realism.

Neocolor I pastels are wax-based oil pastels with highly concentrated and saturated pigments. They are soft and easy to apply, have excellent coverage, non-fading and water-resistant colors. They are diluted with turpentine, which resembles the effect of oil paints. They can be used on a variety of surfaces – paper, cardboard, wood, leather, fabric, stone, glass and others.

The set of wax crayons “Neocolor I” is made of 10 metallic colors, stored in a beautiful and practical metal box. Each of the pastels could be successfully combined with other oil and watercolor pastels or colored pencils of “Pencil” with similar shades of the same range, which would lead to a smooth transition and blending of colors and chiaroscuro, in order to achieve more contrasting, bright and vivid 3D paintings.
