Neopastel pastels are soft oil pastels with highly concentrated and saturated pigments. They are applied extremely lightly, have excellent coating and non-fading, waterproof colors. They can be dissolved in turpentine and used together with oil paints. In addition to paints, they can be combined with oil and watercolor pastels or colored pencils of “Pencil” with similar shades, which would lead to a smooth transition and overflow of colors and chiaroscuro, in order to achieve more contrasting, bright and vivid 3D paintings.

The color range of the “Nepastel” pastels of “Pencil” includes 96 bright colors with dense, opaque coverage, suitable for use not only on light, but also on dark surfaces. In addition to being individual colors, pastels are also available in sets of 12, 24, 48 and 96 colors.
