Terms for exchange and return of goods from orders through the website of Art Service Ltd.:

Within 14 days after receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, as the following conditions are met:

  1. Good commercial appearance – the original packaging must not be torn and damaged, it must be in the form in which it was received. The goods must not be used.
  2. Original packaging, consumables and accessories, in case there were included.
  3. In case of exchange or return of goods, the transport costs are at the expense of the customer in both directions, according to the tariff of the courier company he chooses to use.
  4. When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the goods ordered for purchase by the customer, the transport costs forreturn or exchange are borne by the trader.

Return or exchange procedure.

  1. You must notify us of your name, address, telephone number, reason for returning/replacing the product, order or waybill number and date of receipt of the order, This must be done before you send the shipment to us. This can be be made at 0896 601 650 or email: artservice@mail.bg .
  2. Send the shipment eligible for return to the following address: Sofia, 25 Vladimir Vazov Blvd., tel. 0896 601 650.
  3. MOlya to inform us in advance by email artservice@mail.bg by sending us a Bank Account (IBAN, account holder), to be translated the amount due.
  4. In the shipment, be sure to send not only the product you are returning, but also the purchase documents received from the Online Store for Art and Hobby Materials Art Service Ltd.

  5. When returning the goods, it must be packed in an envelope of the respective courier company or other strong polyethylene packaging, on which the return documents (waybill, etc.) must be glued. On the original packaging of the goods – box or envelope of the product, no materials, tape, waybills and the like should be glued that violate the integrity and commercial appearance of the original packaging!

  6. When the return of a product is at the expense of Art Service Ltd., this is mandatory with a courier company ECONT or SPEEDY, and NOT with a courier randomly chosen by the customer.

Inrefund

  1. A refund for a purchased product is made after acceptance of the shipment by us in its entirety! It is done by Bank transfer within no later than 20 working days from the date on which the consumer has exercised the right to refuse the goods, according to Article 55, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.

  2. Shipments sent for cash on delivery, cash on receipt and at our expense will not be accepted.
