It’s Tuesday and it’s time to present you a product of our choice – watercolor pastels “Neocolor II”. “Neocolor II” pastels are water-soluble pastels with highly concentrated and saturated pigments.
They write softer than dry colored pencils and denser than crayons. They are easily diluted with water, which resembles the effect of watercolor paints and can both give the drawing a dense and evenly saturated color, and, depending on the artist’s desire, create a shade or chiaroscuro, emphasizing a part or detail of the painting.
