Leonardo da Vinci’s method of concentration works better than consulting a psychologist!

One of the main geniuses of the Renaissance, Leonardo da Vinci was not only a genius in art and science, but also in psychology. The artist describes a simple mechanism for how the mind and soul can be healed by painting. In his method of treatment, the artist lists a total of 23 points.

 

1. You are tired – draw flowers.

3. You feel pain – model with clay and plasticine.

4. Bored you – fill a piece of paper with different colors.

6. Fear you – knit macrame or make appliqués from fabrics.

9. Worried – fold origami.

10. You are tense – draw spirals and knots.

11. It is important to remember – draw labyrinths.

12. You are disappointed – make a copy of a picture.

13. You are desperate – draw paths.

14. You need to understand something – draw a mandala.

15. It is necessary to quickly restore your strength – paint landscapes.

16. You want to understand your feelings – take a self-portrait.

17. It is important to remember the condition – draw colored spots.
